Acrylic ??

I think I am going to try my hand at a new DIY project first of the year, and build myself a monster tank. Dimensions will be 96x48x30.

Is there a specific type of acrylic used to build acrylic tanks?

I am sure this will be the first of many questions as i research this project.

Here's mine that I just built last month. It's 48"x48"x12". Used 1/4 inch thick cell cast acrylic. The higher your tank is the thicker you gotta go!!!!

What is cell cast?
