does anyone know the best way to stick acrylic to a butyl pond liner please?alos how thick do i need to go for a tank 3 ft high?

You are going to need a relatively thick piece of acrylic for a 3' high tank. Probably in the range of 1.25" to 1.5" thick.

I'm not sure about adhering it to butyl liners.
