Depending on how deep the scratches are, you can go to a car body shop.

try mapquesting your area
i had a 180 to sand down by hand and im not sure many ppl do buffing for tanks

thanks guys im going to give it a shot on my own ,some guy quoted me 200 bucks just the front of the tank, i only have like 5 scratches a couple are a little deep but ill c how i do ,any ideas let me know thanks. or any good prodict youve experienced let me know

You could try getting a small buffer to run on the inside. That should save your arm a bit.
