Hello. I have a 96"x48x41" plywood tank build. The acrylic sheet will be 72"x36", with a 1 1/2" overlap on all sides onto the plywood. The acrylic will at the bottom of the tank. I will also add a vertical 2x4 support centered in the middle of the acrylic for added supports. My questions is what thickness would I need, and will be 1" cell cast acrylic be enough? Thanks.
