Activated Carbon for 250g Pond

HI! I was wondering how many grams of activated carbon do I need to put in my sump for my 250g pond. I'm planning to put some driftwood and I don't want it to stain my water. Also I think it would be beneficial to remove stuff from rain since my pond is outdoor.
