hi i have a flowerhorn tank, its a 30 gallon with a hang on back filter. The filter has sponge bags filled with activated carbon. I was wondering how often i should change out the activated carbon pellets in the bags... every week, 2 weeks, month, few months, year, or never???? also, how often should i change out the filter sponges.
