Monoculus ;)
I have a 125g with the following:

10" silver aro
7" cichla temensis
7" cichla monoculus
10" tigrinus

Debating adding 2 spotted gars, or 2 motoro pups can't decide =O

dont add a thing..
your pretty full to capacity for a 125.. due to 18 inch width and bioload... unless you have kick @$$ filtration

I have a fx5, and a wet/dry setup rated for a 300g tank. Plus I do weekly 25% water changes, and I have taht huge thing of grande pure elite in my sump =p

get rid of the tem and aro, don't even consider rays, gar will last for a bit...

Unless your planning on upgradeing.. your already overstocked. doesn't matter what filtration you have on a tank.. your fish will grow. and a 3' fish in a 2' deep tank doesn't work. even the tig will eventually outgrow the tank. they are exceedingly slow growers from everything i've heard, researched. But i speak from experiance about the silver arrow. you've got maybe another 6 monthes for it. if it's already stunted. if not maybe 3 monthes. and a good chance the arrow will aggro a gar in the tank. again it's not just max size. the arrow was there first and likely will have claimed the upper swimming area from the bass. and is likely somewhat aggressive being kept with the bass. baby rays will be okay for abit.. until they get a good size disk, then take into account not only are you trying to move a relatively large fish but also a potentially dangerous one.

be realistic about what your planning on keeping and if an upgrade is plausable. If it is wait until the upgrade then add the new fish. If not imo you're going to need to get rid of a few no matter what. You're fish are all juvies yet but nearing adulthood. with that will come not just size but sexual aggression.

generally speaking your picks will all live contently together. But in a much larger tank set-up. Ideally in the 280+ range absolutely minimum and a 3' depth in the least. I may be wrong about the PB breeds, but i've seen adults of each kept together.

This. If you get baby gars you'd be OK for a year-ish (if they're florida gars anyway), but baby ones do better in a bit smaller tank. If you're planning an upgrade go with the rays, with bass and an aro your gars could end up with broken backs.

the rays will have to much to compete with if the tig is there. and a 125 is kinda small to fit 2 pbass 2 gar and a silver
