Add another filter to increase FX5 Bio filtration

Hi all

I have read the shootout reviews on the Fluval FX5 and the Eheim Pro 3 2080 and accept that the Eheim is better at biological filtration but that that mean you cant make the Fluval equal or better?

I was wondering if it is possible/advisable to add a pressurized pond filter like this http://www.boyu-australia.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=39&products_id=271 to output of the FX5 to increase its capacity

I was just looking into that exact same filter jebao I am also interested in this I was thinking of running one inline after the sump as well.

I've perfected my FX5s

I've ditched all sponges and filter padding, filled trays with large bio-media only. Now it pushes mad flow, doesn't get clogged in a week so no more micro-bubbles and it works as a bio only greatly.

The flow pattern inside sucks, for some reason it clogs or any reduced amount of flow and it starts shooting bubbles even though the padding and sponges are barely dirty but it does have a high flow rate.
