Add Prime before or after adding salt?

I'm filling my new tank and was going to fill with tap water, then add salt, then add Prime, then sand.

Would that be the right order?

In a new uncycled tank it wouldnt matter which way you add prime.

If your using buckets add the prime to the bucket, if you using a hose add the full ammount before or during the refilling.

I strongly recommend RO water for marine setups.

I have a RODI setup, but it's a 210 tank not including the sump. I'll take so long to fill.

I trucked in 10gal at a time to fill my 90 from the local grocery over about 3weeks.

It was worth it.
