In light of the recent thread about japanese style tanks... I figured, let's hear about yours!

NO FLAMING - Just honest lists of what we have in our Japanese Style tanks. No put downs, no bad feelings, nothing - Let's just hear about our SUCCESSFUL Japanese Style Tanks.

They are part of the hobby like it or not - and I'm curious who has what, in theirs. I think most of us are guilty as charged, so don't be shy!
Again, please keep this cool.

I have no Japanese Style set ups. I just love them and wish I had one or two.
I only have one slighty crowded tank, which is my Big Aro Tak. all the others are very understocked.

I don't believe my tank is Jap either :) Really.. As I am not Japanese :) Easily you can tell as I am 5'7" :) Short for American but Tall for .... Well you know :D

Guys
Let's hear about what is IN! your japanese style tanks!!! And YES, this includes overstocked!!!

It has also come to my awareness that "jap" is offensive to some people, so let's try to avoid using that term, Thanks!

not yet but im working on it.
my plan for the 180 is more birchir around 5 or more along with another 4 or so datnoids and possible a ray.
im busy trying to buy and grow some on but only have 1 NTT so far.
as i fill it i will add more fx5's double the waterchange routine and test, test and test my water as much as i can LOL.
i want around 20 or so small fish in my 106g grow out and i will keep the best and sell on the others.

I have seen the J-Style tanks on your threads, and I do think it's a bit too much for me; but it seems the fish are healthy, and the Japanese fish keepers seem to know what they are doing. Besides, right now, they are the only guys to have a manta ray breed in their public aquarium in Tokyo. World's first.
