what sup guys.
i decided to stop by the lfs today for some feeders but they ran out.
as i was looking around the store, i found out they had new shipment of dats.
its rarely for me to see dats around for sell.
i believe they're NTT around 4-5.5" going for 45$ usd.
i was about to buy one but decided to go home and do some research and come back tomorrow if anything.
so i have a 55G at home with a single fh. would it possible work if i add the dat to it? i just need it to last for a couple of month then ill be upgrading to a bigger tank. my fh is currently @ 5"
any help would be appeciated.

Yes, get some. I say about 3 that's a nice amount. But there a great fish to have.

If it's thin bar, then that's a pretty decent price. You could house 3 may be 4 , for 2-3 years (educated guess) if they are all 4-5 inch.

Decent filtration is a must.

wow are you serious?! im surprise by all answers.
3-4 ntt + a fh would do for a year in a 55g?
guess im picking a few up tomorrow.

oh and i got a xp2 + a ac70 with a sponge filter in the corner.
good enough?

Yeah, ntt growth slows down after 6 inch.(there abouts)

need better filtration though, small tank... Add another canister .405 will do . + add stone...

What's fh? And how big

I advise you to pick the biggest NTT you can get, because the younger they are, the bigger the chances of it suffering from SDS.

I think you better get 3 or more or that flower horn is gonna kill just the 1 dat if you only get 1. FH's get pretty nasty.

alright thanks guys.
