What the easiest way to add a big sump to an all done fish tank? I have somewhere around 110lbs of gravel and I think can remove one plywood at the rear (not support) I think. But them again i have to move the weight of the GLASS tank stand n gravel.... 500lbs? XD

If someone is smart and know Math and can tell me how bug of a tank i can get inside at an angle the Door is 20" wide and the stand is 24deep. The stand is also 65" long.

My other choice is to get a sump that i know is 36" long and slide it in... but the tank only Reg for 200g... which I think might be Okay cuz i have a fx5 running aside what ever sump i want.

One more thing... Who here can make me a sump? Locally please. not a big fan of DiY for this project

I just made a cardboard cutout... i have 40inch to work with.... :( IF i remove the one rear panel thats blocking me i might have room... I would just have to Move the stand away from the wall 7inch.... I think i can do this.... Im looking to remove all gravel anyways so thats 110lbs out... how much do 240 (73x30x24 3/4 Glass) ruff wight is?

glass gages they can turn any arcylin tank into a sump at a fee of 90$, and they ship any tank under 90gallons right to your door. other then that i'm not much help.

Ya but i dont like their plans n prices... Im still looking for a local builder.

What about cutting the side panel open to make a door to slide a 100g sump in? Im thinking about just cutting the panel which doesnt look to be any load bearing. input please
