I have a 100g with three blood parrots 8 tiger barbs 6 corys and a catfish of some sort. not a huge one. Anyways I like to puch the limits sometimes and was thinking about adding an oscar the tank is filtered by and FX5 and weekly water changes are done if I lost the tiger barbs I would not be heart broken. Just was wondering what other people thought.

Good bye barbs and cory cats. You might want to remove the corys yourself as there has been people who have lost fish that have tried to eat them (they taste a little spiny)
Loose the parrots and corys. The tiger barbs will be okay (for a while) and throw two oscars in there.
Problem is g/f likes parrots way to much to let them go maybe can convince her to just keep one then add an Oscar and a smaller gar if that exist
Dont give up the parrtos!!!...they are so fun to keep...right?? LOTS of personallity...I say give a try with what you have..you never know everyone may get along..all fish have different personalities...just watch them for a while you'll notice if you need to move someone...good luch tho..
Yeh I was thinking about just throwing an Oscar a little smaller and see what happens. I don't know about adding a larger one don't want him to bully the parrots to much and yes they ate fun to keep the will swim in my Hands and let me hold them.
