Canada eh!
Hello Everyone,

I want to add a drip system and an overflow drain to my 1300g indoor pond (see pic below).

My question is how do I safely install a bulkhead through the pond liner and plywood wall?

Any tips I need to know before I do this? Should I use something other than a bulkhead?

Thanks

I think the easyest thing to do would be lower the water level drill a hole put a tank connector on and run that pipe to a drain.

I have seen in some old, like 10 yrs ago, threads where people have used shower drains with stainless steel grates. You would need to drop the water level, drill correct size hole, screw the shower drain together with the gasket on the water side, and connect pvc to your drain or what ever you desire.

I'm gonna be installing bulkheard on my pond this week (hopefully). I'll let you guys know how it goes. :)
