Adding Flourite Orginial to Poly Tank

I will be planting my poly tank soon and will be adding Flourite Orginial in with the pea Gravel will it have any ill effects on my polys or other fish?
And will doseing it with Flourish Excel have any effects either?

I have 3 senegals, 1 ornate, and 5 clown loaches in a tank with about 80 lbs of flourite. All of my fish are doing fine. They have been in there for about a month. I have anacharis and an amazon sword growing in the tank. I'm not sure if Flourish Excel will have any kind of effect on your fish though.
