Today i thawed a small amount of bloodworms in rubbermaid container about 1/4” thick as it comes in the sheets. I then mixed in some bottom of the bag powder from my massivore bag and refroze it. Once it froze i broke off sections and fed directly to the fish and it swallowed the pieces whole as usual. I’m hoping the dust helps it grow.

has anyone done this or tried it?

I haven’t tried, but it sounds like a great idea to make bloodworms more nutritious. Might be worth trying for my puffers so they get a bit of extra nutrients in their favorite food.

U can always add boyd vitachem to the bloodworm when thawing for added nutrients. I tried the crushed pellers into powder mixed in bloodworms for my picky eaters that wouldn't eat pellets before. Didn't work well for me. But if you have fish already eating pellets it's a good way to not waste the leftover massivore crums.

I've something similar, one bag of Masavore had what amounted to a tablespoon of pellet powder at the bottom.I poured it into a container, added a little water and mixed it into a paste....before the mixture was completely dry I cut off portions and formed a few more pellets.
