Ok...So I have a 7'' - 8'' senegal bichir. I have ordered a few more bichirs..(1 del and 2 palmas..both will be around 4 '') and I dont think the big sen will let them live..He is REALLY greedy..He can eat a FULL cube of bloodworm, no problem...I really dont know what to do..

Can anyone help me..? Im sure someone has had to do this before...? PLEASEE!

it may work it may not depends on ur sen put them n and watch them as much as possible 2 c if he picks on them i got 10"ers wit 4-5"ers 2gether rite now

put them in another tank and feed then live foods so the can grow fast......then feed the other ones pellets or wut ever else a little less so they dont grow rapily...thas wut i would do

1. dont have another tank..(that 2 fish could live in for long..)
2. Live food aint available here..

senegals arent those kind that try to swallow other bichirs

Ok...My albino sen has been 'missing' (yes I know its most likely dead im just really annoyed..) for around a week now :(

What?
Nah, all bichirs are opportunistic feeders, a senegal that large will eat whatever it can, including smaller bichirs.

Anyway, the smaller ones probably aren't in too much danger. 4" and 7" aren't too different of sizes, you should be okay. I'd add a divider just in case though, is that possible?
