I have a big bottle of PH powder I bought over a year ago. My PH in my new 70g tank is at a very low 6.0, I want to raise it to 7.0 which is the level that's on the bottle. If I add this after a water change, Will it affect the fish? Will I have to add it after EVERY water change or will only adding it once work?

If you add it then do it slowly. You want to raise the ph little by luttle over a long period of time so as to not to shock your fish. Have you tested to the water your using to fill your tanks to see what the ph is of that? Its alot easier to get fish to adjust to the ph level of the water you do water changes with rather than to try and adjust your water. Stability is a LOT more important than having the ideal ph. If you want to raise your ph then i suggest prepping some water to a slightly higher ph than what is is in your tank and use that to refill while doing a water change. Try and get the ph in the new water to be about .2 higher and do a 30-40% wc every other day. Once you get your ph in the tank to the level desired you have to be consistent in replacing water with the same ph level or else it will go back down. Also check on some of your decor. Sone decor like crushed coral or driftwood can affect the ph of your tank so if you have something in your tank that lowers ph then youll always be fighting it. Hope this helps

Well, I've been doing water changes every 2 days in order to help the cycling of the tank which is now finished but it still stays at 6.0 . Would a PH this low affect fish to even a point of death?

Angels, Clown loaches, Red phantom tetras, a pleco (Not sure which species), Severum which I'm getting rid of tomorrow, and 2 german rams

A few of those fish like acidic water...
