Adding Rock

I have this rock in my freshwater tank, it has been in there for probably 7 months now. Would it be safe to add this into my saltwater tank? If so how could i prepare it.

You can Rinse it off and toss it in

You should be fine. Just look and make sure it doesnt have any metallic stuff in it. Maybe throw it in a bucket of salt water for a week ad see what it looks like. I've had rocks that were in my fresh tank when I had one and then when I went only salt threw it in the sump and it rusted up

I would make sure it's safe after washing it... But after that you should be good to go.

I rinsed it in tap water now I have it in a bucket of saltwater and il be leaving it in there for a little bit

Yes you'll be ok with rinsing it and letting it soak in saltwater.

Slowly acclimate the rock to salt water. I float my stones for at least 20 min. before easing them in.
