I want to trade my 8" ocellaris pbass for 1 or 2 ruby scats. I already have a green scat and 3 peaceful cichlids in a 100g tank. Can I add a ruby scat to my tank and do I need to get more than one to prevent any aggression between my green scat and the new one?

Agreed.
There are certain cichlids that can live in similar conditions - the Mozambique tilapia, Oreochromis mossambicus, will happily live in high-end brackish along with the scats. They have an appetite to match, too.
They'll also do well in a community of other brackish water fish, like Monodactylus and possibly archerfish as well.
