addition to 56g tank?

im looking for something to add to my 56g tank, can be an oddball or not, but so far i have 16 black skirt tetras, 1 angel, 1 swordtail. im thinking about adding some bristlenose pleco's, but there is room a few more and im looking for ideas.

How about some more Angels? And how about an African Brown Knife?

umm, dont those get huge? i thought about more angels, but would 4 angels get along or would i need more? i thought the abk got like two feet? the tank is tall not long like a standard 55g.

4 Angels would be okay...African Brown knives get 8" on average.

i think thatd pose a problem to my tetras wouldnt it?

Your Black Skirts will get to a decent size and as long as you keep your tank well fed, it should be fine. ABK aren't as predatory as other Knife species. I've seen them kept with neons and I thought the neons would be gone by the end of then week...a month later, they were all still doing fine.

You can also get a group of Clown Loaches as well

those would get too big for my tank i know.

clown loaches are recommended for a minimum size 30gallons
