I'd like to get your opinions on adding stock to my 300 gallon once the tank stabilizes. I currently have the following:

1 bicolor angel
2 yellow tangs
1 Two Barred Rabbitfish
1 clown fish
3 Serpent Sea Star, Fancy Banded ( one of them lost a limb during the move)
1 Orange Shoulder tang
1 Damsel
1 Spanish Hogfish

I really like to get a flame angel and a Picasso trigger.

what kind of clown do you have? a smaller clown will limit some of your choices. If you are looking for a peaceful tank I would consider 3 heiniochos butterflies (they do best in groups and will school), maybe a racoon butterfly, maybe some anthias. with a 300 you could also add a larger tang such as a naso or sailfin. Maybe toss in a shrimp goby to sift the sand bed. You really have alot of options.

instead of a shirmp goby get a sleeper goby they get bigger and will sift through ALL of the sand instead of that just by it's burrow...
also make sure you get the scholling bannerfish the 'traditional' longfin bannerfish aren't terribly schooling but in a 300 i imagine problems would be small at worst...
how about a tobbacco bass or like a harem of chalk bass.. or a school of chromis? a group of SOMETHING! :D

i think a school of anthias would be nice. All the vibrant colors of even the most common anthias. Chromis are always nice because there cheaper and pretty hardy. Either way it should look nice.

I also like cardinal fish pterapogon kauderni "the longfin or banggai" they school and are nocturnal giveing a hole new look to the night life in the tank and during the day they hang motion less like christmas ornaments

if you want a nocturnal fish gor for like a squirrelfish or catalufa.. would probably put up witht he angels and hogfish MUCH better than the cards and are also schooling..
black bar soldier, reef squirrel or pop-eye catalufa would all be nice
