adhiesive and paint choices

Trying to biuld a DIY overflow and sump. What adhiesives other then silicone are aquarium safe?
I'm looking fasten pvc to pvc.

Also is there an aquarium safe paint to paint PVC?

PVC to PVC? Like PVC pipe? Just use PVC cement and primer. If its safe for potable water than it should be safe for aquariums, and PVC cement and primer are safe after they cure.

And Krylon fusion will work good for PVC and is fish safe after it completely dries.
