I am looking to offload my Jag pair. Male is an F1 het for gold gene and one of Jeff Rapps past breeders. He’s 5-6 years old. Female is from pet store stock. They have been prolific breeders. gorgeous fish. Especially the male. I have them housed in a 125 but they could use more. I live in Portland Maine and am happy to drive around an hour in any direction to deliver (Includes Boston region).

My Oscar is getting the 125. Well deserved given she’s turning 6 and has been with me since 2”.

the Male Jag cost me 225 from rapps a year and a half ago and bought towards the tail end of his ownership of tangled.

Offer what you think is fair... if I cant find someone here I am driving them to Boston and gett8ng store credit somewhere likely. If you have any suggestiome on shops that would also be great!

Free to anyone who can home better than a 125 gal 6 foot tank. this is a gorgeous fish folks.

I’ll admit it now. A 15-16 inch jag needs more width than 18”. I took him into a 125 from a 75 he was in. regardless 1 more for 180 and above for full grown jag. He‘s nervous of me mostly because I think he always feel cornered.

With damage on top of his head from jolting across the tank from me startling him and hitting head on center brace. It heals up fine with clean water. part of the reason I am convinced he needs more space.
