Hello Everyone,
Hadn't had an update for these beasties for some time. I guess can be considered as adults now. Had them since fingerlings (lost two before that: one to alligator gar and one to RTC). Don't remember since when may 2008 or 2007
But these guys turned out alright (3 in total)... DE varies, but all of them have it. in both or one eye. no surgery considered (not available in Laos anyways).
Don't think they are growing no more.
Tanks mates are BBXB and barbs. Barbs are great clean-up brew. Those that made to this size are unlikely to be eaten now. Thinking of getting some clown loaches for more color.
These guys still fight but nothing serious beyond occasional lost scale or torn tail. Hopefully does not escalates further. They fight amongst themselves only. Attempts to combine the jar, HBRTG were not successful (did not bothered to try the SR - when i lost XB i decided one asian aro per tank).
............hmmm can not upload pix ... help?
