Hello I have 2 of the thin barred Myleus Schomburgi (excuse spelling) red hooks. I bought them a year ago at 3.5 inches and now they are close to 5 inches. How big will these fish get in a 90 gallon they are in with a pair of adult L-114 plecos and a bristlenose. Thanks in advance.

I have some Myself...I am not entirely sure but i know they can reach 12" and nearly as deep. My largest red hook is 7" and not nearly at full size. My thin-bar is only 4" at most. They do not get as large as Pacus but they are impressive at larger sizes!

Seen wide bars over 14". The ERH's I have not seen over 8".

I have a shoal of EBH's I grew out from a dime size and after 3-4 months, the largest one is about 6.5" eyeballed/4.5" smallest eyeballed.

As for my thin bars that I bought @ 3 inches barely grew in 3-4 months time. Prob. only grew .5" or so.
