Adventure Time & Regular Show Cartoons

So my 6 yr old loves these two shows and watch it often. Not too long ago I've caught some episodes with her and found they can be really funny.

But the more I watched them the more I noticed that a lot of the humor can be dark and geared toward adults. Like some of the things they say my daughter wouldn't even understand. So I'm wondering if anyone lets their kids watch these shows or if you watch em yourself

I've also noticed adventure time to be pro g a y. Just funny to me that this is a children's show

Never even heard of them.My mini me is eleven years old and he still likes to watch silly stuff like Spongebib and Total Drama Island though TDI can be a little questionable with the dialogue.

You should try catching regular show krich, you may like it

I swear the creator grew up in the 80's. They often crack a joke or make some kind of 80's reference

I was under the impression Adventure Time was aimed at adults, albeit somewhat ironically.

Also, I'm fairly confident your child's sexuality will develop as it would, regardless of what you feel the show is "pro".

for the record, i don't see what they're showing any darker then the humor/witty remarks/2 way innuendo we heard on the shows when we were kids.
