Advice/Guidance on setting new 420g tank (10*2.5*2.5)

Dear all,

I currently have a 150 gallon tank (usual 5*2*2). It houses an RTG and tank is filtered with 2 Eheim 2215 and 2 Jager 200W.

As per the title, I plan to have a second tank with dimension (10*2.5*2.5). It will house 8 SR + Pig Nose + either (1 St or 1 P.Bass or 1 T.S Catfish)

Here are my questions:
1) Is the tank big enough for its inhabitant?
2) What glass thickness should be used?
3) Filtration, 2 Eheim Pro 3 enough?
4) Heater: 3 Jager 250W enough?
