My 4 month old (teacup)stingray is currently in 55gal. Preparing to set up my 125gal. Right now I plan on using a sealife systems pro 300 with overflow , built in protein skimmer. Plan on using bioballs and ?. For substrate would like to use 100 pounds of play sand and 80lbs of treated sand. Is the filter enough to add 1 more stingray, and is the playsand from lowes ok if cleaned properly.Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

What ray is it? (check the species profile to help ID)
125G wont be big enough for any ray for life btw you will need to upgrade again, depends on whazt the ray is to how long you'll have before the upgrade.
I'm from the UK so not sure on the amount of s\nd in pounds, however i've used play sand in two of my tanks and after a fair bit of washing is fine.
