I am purchasing a new 180G acrylic tank to house my 6" australian arowna. I currently have him in a 30gallon fish tank.
I have noticed that many of the larger tanks that house arowana's usually have nothing in them, but I was hoping if anyone has a picture of their large (100g+) tank that is decorated.
I was thinking that I would line a small amount of the bottom of the tank with fine sand (no more than 1/2"-1") and then try to look for some plants that float at the top of the tank (no more than 1-2) and then have a few longer plants at the corners of the tank.
Any advice on what kind of plants would be helpful too.
