hey all knife enthusiasts i was wondering. theres a 2inch aba knife at the lfs and i was wondering if it would be good to grab it . its 10.oo i heard abas that are this small are really hard to raise but i was thinking my clowns are faring so well the aba cant be much harder... it is veryyy smalll.

i like how the dorsal fins undulate instead of the tail/analfin. can they be raised on guppie fry? lfs says its eating flakes but that seems unhealthy for a carnivor.. ...

i have a 10gallon thats cycled . think itll be good for a growout till at least double the size? 4 inches max?

I've had one that small before and it died the next day i had it. I kept it in a 10 gallon tank by it self. It's just what happened to me, you may have a better chance.

i c sorry to hear :( i may try to get it tho.. possibly temp can help it thrive?? what was your setup . and what they tell u it ate ?? thanks for the reply btw ;)

if you're prepared to buy a 500 gal+ tank for him be my guest, they get huge, are very agressive and need small ponds to house them once large.

i would house him in a pon all by himself if ned be .. tho ive heard it takes 5 plus years to even grow 2 feet. anyone raising a young one atm ??????
