a 2' long Lepidosiren paradoxa is for sale. I was wondering if I could keep him in a 130g with a foot long black arowana.

Also: is there a different name for it? It does not seem to be too much info under that name.

Is this fish fun?

2' South American Lungfish with a 1' black arowana

anybody?

You should be able to South American lungfish tend to be more accepting of tankmate then their African cousins -Anne

Thank you BB! Anybody else?

There is a filter in the tank that produces a bit of a current. Could it kill the lungfish?

such a huge paradoxa is rare man.. if i didnt get my facts wrong..paradoxa is the smallest species of the lungfish? are you sure its 2feet? from the pic shown i looks slightly abv 1 feet. just my rough estimation :D i apologise in advance if im wrong

I don't really know anything about lungfish, but this website for example claims they reach 4'.

The pic on this page is not of the fish I am actually buying. The guy got it off the Internet. He says the fish is 2' long.

I will get it with a 8" Motoro ray for USD80. The two know each other and don't fight. He says...

Seems like a good deal.
