advice on my third tank

got this 72" x25" x 35" tank my previous 2 tank i have goldfish with koi and the other with arowana

need advice suggestion on what type of fish i should have prefer fish that grow to medium size and quick friendly(hard to make up my mind)

have a filter and 2 air pump tank really oxygen rich(maybe too rich?)

can i keep gars in a tank that size or other fish open for suggestions

I thick you could keep a spotted gar in there lots of polys and maybe a datnoid.

if i wanna keep a spotted gar should i keep jus 1 o should i have some other fish with it
