So after a few years of being out of the hobby, I miss my terrors. I've searched everywhere from Erie pa to Pittsburgh pa and not one person has them or has the ability to get them which means I will have to try and buy online.

I have never bought fish online and have no idea where to even start. I have done Google searches and found them on several sites, I just have no idea which site is best. In your experience where should I go to get them. And since I am searching online, would it be wiser to just pay the extra money and try and buy wild caught fish over tank bred?

It's funny, you would think green terrors are easy to find... Yet when I was looking for mine, I looked all over and couldn't find one. Even asked my LFS to special order for me and it took them like 4 weeks.. So I see where your coming from. If you order online, I would go with tangledupincichlids.com....
Shipping will be decent since your in PA and Rapps quality is also something to look forward to.

Aquascape online has good size wild caught green terrors and there in jersey so shipping shouldn't be too bad. Heres a pic of the one I got from them. I've had him a couple years now. Got him at 3" for like 9 bucks.

When I lived in Harrisburg four years ago they were honestly a damn a dozen. Then again I never thought of it untill now, could of very well been a breeder in the area that off loaded his fry on all of the lfs. And I will definitely check out that site. Every lfs I have checked has taken my name and number and said if they become available I will be the first to be called.

It depends on your taste, how about asking vendors around MFK?

Besides the color, what is the difference between wild caught and tank bred?

Beautiful fish. I have to ask. What's the aggression/personality difference between wild caught and tank bred.

Thanks. From everything I've read the wild caught ones tend to be a Lil more aggressive than a lot of the tank raised strains. But as always a lot depends on the individual personality of each fish.
