I did have my ornate and senagul in a 10 gal for grow out purposes and until my 90 was ready. Well about 4 days ago I moved the senagul to the 90 and left the ornate in the 10 bc she has some fin issues and I wanted to treat them in the smaller tank and alone so I could closly moniter the progress. I removed the carbon and started using melafix per the directions. She ate the first day(mon) but hasn't ate since. She has had no previous issues with not eating, she doesn't just refuse the food she shows no interest at all. I have tried hikari pellets and shrimp so far. She is about 4" and not new, any suggestions would be much appriciated.

Thanks,

Joe

id try live bloodworms or ghostshrimp, the motion might stimulate her to eat.

just being stressed out can do that. I have seen fish not eat for a few days and be fine, it's probably just concentrating on healing for now. Just make sure it's comfortable and the water is in a good state, a good hiding spot is good for stressed out fish, make them feel safe while the chips are down, like us being sick and in bed.
