Advice on setting up a Midas tanks and picking a male

Hi all I have had fish for years including a Oscar who sadly I had to sell when I was pregnant as couldn't keep up with tank cleans etc Now kids are older and I would Love to get a Midas Male for a solo pet Any advice on the best way of achieving a Nice Tank and picking a fish that will grow to a Healthy Big Boy in the coming years as he grows Thanks

Heya! Midas are absolutely amazing as solo wet pets. I've never been shy about sharing the fact that after keeping hundreds of different cichlid species from all the regions in the last 30+ years, Midas are absolutely my favourite to keep. What size is your tank?
