Advice on setup change

I took out some things in my tank, they were crowding the tank and my fish wouldn't have much room to move if I didn't take them out. Now my tank is very messy with debris that was stuck on the decor, will my filter take care of this or should i clean it out.

Taking the fish out isn't necessary. It's pretty much just a syphon with a larger pipe attached to one end.

They're not very expensive, and are highly recommended. Just use it whenever you do a water change (of if your tank is messy).
