advice: online lighting purchase

What do you need lights for?

a fully planted ten gallon. i have flora max fert. so what else would i need

really... your best bet is just to get one of those incandescent dual bulb hoods and put 2 cfl bulbs in. it will be cheaper to set up and grows plants fairly well.

no problem and often if you post wanted you can tend to find those fixtures people dont want or a fluorescent bulb fixture and retro fit it for 2 cfl bulbs. its not to hard and it will save a lot of money. i have a fixture like this over a 20 gallon.
