ADVICE: Protein Skimmer Micro Bubbles

I just bought a Coralife Super Skimmer 65. I an in the "break in" period and I am getting a lot of micro bubbles in the tank from the defuser box. The setup matches exactly as the instructions. Will this go away? Also, since I am in the setup phase, my valve is not fully open, but I dont think that has anything to do with it. Let me know if anyone has any advice

Most likely your just goin to have to keep adjusting it over the next couple days. Theres really no quick fix on a skimmer while its in a "break in" period.
