Looks like your standard 'pulcher' blue acara to me.

i don't think it a blue acara. it has no blue in it. or a aequidens latifrons??

It's not a latifrons, it would have a silver lining on it's dorsal by that size. Plus you said it has no blue, and latifrons are even bluer than pulchers are. It's the wrong color for coeruleopunctatus as well. Would need a better pic though to try and figure it out more though.
