Aequidens sp. "Atabapo"?

Hello i picked up these guys (a mated pair) for 20 bucks they are 2 yrs old are they Aequidens sp. "Atabapo"?
If not what are they

They're a currently undescribed species of small Aequidens. Hence the name Aequidens sp. "Atabapo".

Do a Goolge search and you can get some info. From what I've gleaned they're a small, hardy, easily bred species. Treat them like A. pulcher.

I don't think they are 'atabapo'. They look more like bujurquina sp. Did they breed for you. If they did, are they mouth brooders?

i agree! more like Bujurquina vittata. can you take more pics and post in a few days. want to see them once theyve settled.
