How do i aerate a 220 gallon tank. Do I need to if the overflows are above the surface creating a current? There is a 40 gallon refugium/sump filter which I will plant eventually and the intake to the sump is oxygenating the sump. Do I need additional airstones in the main tank? My rtc has a history of playing with them and knocking them out of the tank... Any suggestions as I have just cleaned the tank with a vinegar trick i learned and I am ready to start cycling the tank tomorrow. What have you done?

I'd say you're good to go with the sump. My 150 just has the sump and a couple HOBs-no extra aeration
