aerobic nitrate removal !!!!

Q: Can I use Right Now Bacteria for nitrate reduction alone?
A: For nitrate reduction you must use the proper amount of Tri Base Carbon with the Right Now Bacteria.

well that says it all doesnt it

I've heard that there are different bacteria that convert nitrites to nitrates, some are aerobic and some anaerobic. Thus I suppose it would work in theory, but I would probably wait for someone to try it out before I did..

the carbon is the bio media........so what ?????

Well if i were going to make a nitrate removal system and call it
"Tri Base Carbon"
I would use activated carbon/aluminum oxide/zeolite just a guess
It should take little more than a cursory read of this web site to see its just more BS

so your idea is that the nitrate is broken up by chemical action and not by the patented bacteria....i checked there is a patent on it in his name...

so do you think it would break down nitrate without the magic bacteria ??? he says the carbon needs to be replaced every five years....

what is tri base carbon ???

the web site states the bacteria is just for the instant cycle

the tri based carbon is the nitrate remover
5 years if you use a 10 micron prefilter i doubt it will work any different than
standard carbon/zeolite combo the 10 micron pre filter no doubt helps with extending the life of it

whats best is this stuff came out around 1998
i guess 9 years doesnt turn BS into anything but old BS
