You might have a pop up blocker running which will prevent activeX from installing and allowing you to view the live web cams.

This is a test page that I have set up for different viewers. If you are running a microsoft product, use the java viewer located on the right side of the page. If using a MAC, use the MJPEG viewer (non IE) to view the live web cam.
