african aro has worms on body

My lfs gave me a African aro for free due to the fact it has worms on his body and mouth. The owner and myself were able to pluck out most of them out but there is some inside of the Aro's mouth. There not anchor worms but they stick them self like anchors worms and half there body is hanging out. There is no cuts, bumps or blood. The fish is fine and eats. The worms look exactly like blood worms but smaller and tin, so is there anyone that has seen this and knows what to do and what medicine to use. Any help would be great thanks

It not blood worms but it looks like that when fishes eat blood. The only thing is that the worms are stuck around and inside the mouth, like a bunch of wiskers

Try a salt bath and see if they drop off.

Gotta' take extra precautions. Afros that small are extremely fragile.
