African Arowana Scam?

I aksed him for a actual picture of the fish and he sent me the first pic, with the signature cropped.

He wants to make sure the fish for sale does exist... How hard is it to take a picture of an actual fish for sale, if you have it at your place? How can you expect him to buy anything, when you can't provide him the "anything" that he inquired?
