abk eat cichlid pellets and blood worms? is this a good enough diet? probably brine shrimp when it gets big enough. a pair of african brown knives should be ok with an assortment of african cichlids a peacock eel and a pleco or am i nuts?

A variety is always a good diet for any fish. It'll probably take the brine shrimp now. Mixing it with African Cichlids can work depending on the Cichlids. I find that Fullbroni (sp) are pretty aggressive and I wouldn't keep it with these guys, but dwarf cichlids would be fine. The Eel and the Pleco are no problem. ABK are pretty docile and will mix fine with any fish, it's just a matter of what fish will mix with them 
i had him in my grow out 20 high with my 1 1/2-2" cichlids and he had them acting like feeders... so i pulled him and put him in my 55 with a 4" pair of africans and a 10" pleco. now i gotta get my other abk out of the pond, hes a sneaky bastard and has alot of places to hide.
