Think I know of one person that posted a video of possible courtship behavior - other than that I've seen nothing.
You're best off getting a group or school of them in a well established aquarium, and keep the water quality pristine with water changes. Sexing is also very difficult - which is why it would increase your chances of getting a pair with a group of them.
