I just saw one in a lfs for like $10 and got very interested. They are like 7-8cm long. I know keeping it with a 30cm silver aro is a no no (or it'll be a $10 fish flake) but can it live with 2 fully grown angelfish and a rainbowshark? And can I keep more than one?

It should be fine with an angel and rainbow shark. Provide some floating plants to hide in.

Mine have lived with angelfish and a rainbow shark.
I would get either 1 or about 6 or 8 at the minimum. Mine get a bit aggressive with each other especially at feeding times if there are to few.
Also $10 is a great price. Normally they’re $14 and if you’re unlucky around $20. Each.

Mine have jumped less than 5 times in total so i can’t speak for others butterflies but mine are calm. I would certainly keep the lid on and seal off any holes you find.
Hmm.... if you see them resting on the bottom then they’re likely stressed about something so you should check it out.
I personally haven’t fed mine that but mine will eat flakes without any problems.
Speaking of that I would turn off all filters and whatnot when it’s feeding time as they are slow but steady eaters and will only eat from the top.

Ahh, such a lovely little guy.
Hmm, he seems to have a line down his back like some of mine do.

I didn't even noticed that line ?

Managed to get it to eat 2-3 pellets last night. Should regain her appetite tonight after she gets comfortable within the tank.
