so is the african butterfly fish related to an arowana, might be a dumb question but i was just wondering. they have basically the same body shape and jaw. anyone know???

Max size is 4 inch, they arent active alot. They hang at the surface of the water pretty motionless. They like still waters too. They eat insects mostly, will eat fish if it can fit in their mouth, will eat pellets and frozen foods etc also. I wouldnt say its like an arowana or related to one, they technically are a cheap mans arowana, but they arent as good. They are jumpers too, and can glide a short distance. They like plants, moreso plants on the surface of the water so they have cover.
